Hampton Lake is located in Bluffton, South Carolina. Hampton Lake is 2 miles south of Highway 278
and immediately adjacent to Hampton Hall. Initial access to the community will be provided by Hampton Parkway
from Highway 278, one mile west of Buckwalter Parkway. Future access will also be available via the Bluffton Parkway.
